When will my order ship?

 

Orders are shipped within 3-5 days after your order is placed within the USA. Once your order starts fulfillment, a tracking number will be provided by the carrier, that of which we immediately provide to you in order to track your order real-time.

 

Can I return my product if its unsatisfactory?

 

You may return brand new item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

 

We offer free and easy returns for all domestic orders over $75. Please contact us at fullertonleathergoods@gmail.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. For more info please see the “Refund Policy” tab on our website.

 

Do you ship internationally?

 

Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. The delivery costs vary depending on the destination. We offer two options: USPS Priority and DHL Express.

 

 

Do you have a warranty?

 

We believe in our products quality so much, and that it is guaranteed to stand the test of time there is a “Lifetime Guarantee” on all of our products. However, if the product you ordered from us become damaged, defected, or doesn't fit, we will repair or replace your product at no charge.

 

What is the quality of your canvas and leather products?

 

We only present leather products made from Full Grain Leather. This is the best grade of leather you can buy. You can find out more info about our product quality under the Leather 101 and Canvas 101 tab under the 'about us' section.

 

Do you save my bank information?

 

Absolutely not! We at no time have access to this information. It is the payment processor stripe that deals with it. Data is completely safe.
